Another great night was had by all at The Chequers. There were a few nerves as we introduced four new songs into our set including a Red Hot Chili Peppers, and a David Bowie number.
The new material was well received and the crowd seemed to have a brilliant night.

What a fantastic night we had at The Carpenters Arms! It has to be said that we were all feeling a little dubious about playing a gig at a new venue on a Saturday night in January. We were concerned that many people would be sitting at home clutching their aching wallets after Christmas, and the recent rise in interest rates.
How wrong we were. A brilliant atmosphere all night meant that it was one of the most enjoyable performances any of us have experienced. We couldn't have asked for a better crowd, and as they were begging for more after two encores, I'm going to make the assumption that a good time was had by all.
We'd like to say a big thank you to all the staff at The Carpenters as well as everyone who came along, and we very much look forward to seeing you all again soon. Watch this space!
